Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Server isn’t the easiest thing in this world. You will either need to use another server or your home PC, alternatively use a third–party solution. We offer a considerably easier option with our Managed Services deal. We’ll make a complete backup copy of your Virtual Private Server every single week, so you never have to worry about permanently losing any essential information. Plus, we can retrieve a backup copy really quickly. All the backups are placed on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to your web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your virtual server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure certain software on it. And if this may seem like something much too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an essential part of our Managed Services offer, is definitely the right solution for your needs. Using it, you will have the complete and undivided attention of one of our qualified technical support engineers who will install any software application or resolve any problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With our KVM VPS Servers, it’s an additional feature.
